*TODAY Show (4.2M viewers) - After the overwhelming success of the 2016 TODAY Show filming in Las Vegas, the LVCVA and R&R Partners will bring the popular NBC morning show back to the destination, Friday, Nov. 3. The program will broadcast live on Nov. 3 and will tape an additional show to air Nov. 6 with hosts Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb. The show is seeking assistance with a broadcast set location overlooking the Strip. If you would like to provide assistance with a location, please submit your offer below by Friday, Sept. 15. 

In addition, the show is looking to include a number of segments, both live and taped, highlighting Las Vegas headliners and resident shows, celebrity chefs/sommeliers/mixologists for cooking segments, nightlife, luxury shopping, spas, sports, attractions and other activities. The TODAY show is also seeking assistance with meals and hotel accommodations for their hosts and crew, at or near the broadcast set. They will need five suites (two nights, Nov. 2-4) for hosts and executive staff. They will also need 40 standard rooms (four nights, Oct. 31 – Nov. 4) for crew. Novinky.cz (UVM 1.4M) - Jakub Kyncl will visit Las Vegas with a photographer September 28 - October 1 to write four stories for the biggest news website in the Czech Republic. The four features will include:

  • "City of Culture" - a feature with an entertainment focus
  • "Culinary" - including iconic places, hot spots and hidden gems
  • "Las Vegas 2017" - including everything new and opening soon
  • A general overview feature of the destination.

Depending on the experience, additional features might follow. Jakub is seeking assistance with accommodations, entertainment and attractions. MOTOR is Denmark's biggest magazine about cars, travel and lifestyle. The magazine is distributed 11 times a year and readership is primarily adult men. The British equivalent of The Bachelor/Bachelorette, Love Island is one of the top UK TV shows, following a young group of men and women on their search for love. Providing social media coverage, the pair will be committed to a minimum of three posts each during their stay in Las Vegas across platforms. The team will also capture paparazzi-style shots of the couple's Las Vegas experiences, which will be pitched to top UK print and online publications such as Mail Online, the world's largest news website with over 235M UVMs. We are seeking assistance with accommodations, dining, entertainment and attractions. The FAM will showcase the evolution of Las Vegas through music, art and food and highlight how the destination has become a modern incubator for creativity. *Las Vegas Development Trends Press Release - The LVCVA will create a press release detailing notable construction, expansion and remodeling projects that have either been announced or are currently underway in the first half of 2017. The trend release, aimed at highlighting ongoing growth in Southern Nevada, will be distributed to national, international and local media outlets. USA Today 10 Best (UVM 1M) - Lois Alter Mark, USA Today 10 Best travel contributor, will visit Las Vegas with one guest, September 6-9 to write a 1,000-word feature on the destination. The online roundup will highlight Las Vegas’ new and unique offerings, with a focus on activities travelers can experience outside of gambling. We are seeking assistance with luxury accommodations, fine and casual dining, entertainment, spa/wellness and outdoor activities. Coverage is expected to run online October 2017. She will focus on baby boomers, LGBT, food, travel, spas, and entertainment. We are seeking assistance with luxury accommodations, dining, entertainment, museums, amenities and experiences. Business, Meetings and Conventions - The LVCVA and R&R Partners are developing an image asset library for Business, Meetings and Conventions to be used across disciplines including the VegasMeansBusiness.com website, media and digital content usage. We are seeking images from our property and destination partners showcasing Business, Meetings and Convention capabilities.
We would like to receive images that are (at least) 300dpi and depict the following aspects:

  • Tradeshows and Convention spaces
  • Large and Small Meeting spaces
  • Both dressed and non-dressed spaces
  • If images include people, then faces and likeness must not be recognizable unless you have necessary permissions.
